If you were ever married to this loser please email me or comment your info below. I would like to know how many of his exes he is still married to. So far, he is confirmed married to Lisa, Jennifer and Jean. I spoke with his sister the other day and she says she is pretty sure there are more than 8 marriages and still legally married to more than just 3 women.

Please if you have any info on any other wives whom he has not divorced please comment!

He has married in all different states as far as I know.

I think that he was married to someone in 2009 in the Fall. I believe he was married to a Kathryn Smith, a while ago, who lives maybe in Texas. He used her money to start a business I heard. Probably lied to her. He was married to a Rebecca, not sure if they are divorced or if he divorced the one in 2009.

Holly got her Judgment against Rick for $90k dated 06/03/2016....he's failed to pay and now owes her over $100k and she's is entitled to all bank statements and anything that has to do with any of his current businesses....I can't figure out how to post the Judgment on here

Does anyone know if him not showing up to court for Holly makes him in violation of his probation in Iowa? Since the are wanting to hold hin in contempt for no show. At least he has a pattern everything his does is out 6 to 8 months then the bottom drops out.

Hi. We married in April 2012 and never divorced. I can send you a copy of our marriage cert and you can find the record online. I'm 99% sure he never divorced his wife Jennifer before either.

I used to work for him (assistant in a mortgage company) & then a different business in Nashville. I can vouch for another marriage (but not going to reveal her name, she knows of this site) But he did the same exact thing...left her for BROKE on her 40th b-day. I'll tell you one thing, he's good at playing the "victim"

I’m not a victim, but as a member of the astrology community who’s been watching the show I would LOVE to get my hands on his birth info. I can only imagine what his chart looks like. Is there a known date of birth on him? I haven’t been able to find it online...

No, have never met Scott Smith, but agree with previous poster that there is a kinda gay vibe.
Am so happy that this series was created & also hope that when someone is told not to look for info online , one thing they should do is to “look for info” online.
As I watched Episode 4, besides picking up a gay vibe, I also noticed that he is handsome with a pleasant smile, so he will never stop this “con game” because it works for him....he is obviously lying but doesn’t seem like a liar.
My heartfelt emotions go out to his Sister, she was only 12 years old when Richard Scott Smith treated her so cruelly, .....unforgivable.
Thank you to everyone involved who made this info public.

Yes, after the fact, I thought he had gay tendencies.

I watched the docuseries, and the interview with him was a healing event because he did not mention me in his list of wives and he turned white when my name was mentioned. Not sure why. I’ve totally moved on and it is ancient history. He confirmed for me that it was not personal, at all.

As for going public, it was difficult to do so but there are a number of guys like this out in the dating world and it shows some of the red flags.

The bottom line is that if it seems too good to be true, it is. Do your homework. Google and background check anyone who you are getting serious with. Credit check anyone you are marrying. These are not perfect searches, but give you and idea of what you are getting into. And move slowly... be engaged for at least a year.

Past does not equal future... after 15 years, I am over it. But the financial scars linger. But, I have found the real deal and he does not want anything from me except love and support. Learn from us, ladies...
