Scott, it's been a several months since we have spoken but last time we spoke over the phone you told me you were sorry for what you did, you wanted to "make things right" and were turning your life around.  You even said you were in counseling for "the lying".  This was encouraging as I thought you may have actually felt bad for what you have done.  You assured me that you would keep the payments up on the Jetta as agreed and would be happy to sign a POA so I could get the 2014 tag that was due in February.  The POA was sent to you via email, however you never signed and sent it back.  During this time I also asked you if you were still married to Jennifer when you married me and you said no.  When I asked you to provide proof of your divorce from Jennifer you assured me you would send me proof.  Since this request, you have refused to answer my repeated requests for this info. 

In the meantime, I have done my own research and have found no record of your divorce from Jennifer or any of your other previous wives for that matter. Why are you unable to provide this info and more importantly WHY is there no record of it ANYWHERE?  And what is Jennifer getting out of staying legally married to you?  I understand you and Jennifer are friends so she is basically helping you continue to commit fraud?  Why?

 I am aware that you are currently engaged to Diana and she is, I am sure, anxiously waiting for me to file our divorce papers so she can marry you herself.  I will be happy to do this only after you provide me with a signed POA to get the 2014 tag for the Jetta OR provide me with a clear title as you agreed to do.
