Sentencing was scheduled for the morning of Wed. 2/24, however 10 mins before the hearing Polk County called the victim to let her know the Prosecuting Attorney got an email saying Rick's lawyer has filed for YET ANOTHER extension to 3/2.
He can delay this all he wants but he still has to face the consequences.
